Discussing the Purchase of Organic Fertilizer Equipment to Promote Agricultural Industry Upgrading
In May 2025, a delegation of Turkish clients visited our company. The core objective of this visit was to procure a batch of efficient and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer equipment to upgrade their agricultural industry and improve the scale and quality of local organic fertilizer production.
Accompanied by our team, the clients toured the intelligent production line in our workshop. They were impressed by the fully automated operation, from raw material crushing to finished product packaging. The clients focused on the performance of the cage crusher and horizontal mixer. Our technical staff demonstrated the crushing effect and mixing uniformity of the equipment with different raw materials. The data showed high crushing efficiency and a mixing uniformity of over 95%, fully meeting the client’s production requirements. The clients also paid attention to the environmental performance of the equipment. We showcased the dust collection system and exhaust gas treatment device, which comply with Turkey’s strict environmental standards.
During the cooperation negotiations, both parties held in-depth discussions on the quantity of equipment to be purchased, delivery schedule, and installation and commissioning services. Based on the client’s procurement needs, we provided a preferential bulk purchase plan and committed to sending a professional team to Turkey for equipment installation, commissioning, and personnel training to ensure rapid production startup. The Turkish clients expressed satisfaction with our product quality, price advantages, and service commitments, believing that cooperation with our company would effectively promote the upgrading of their local agricultural industry. Both parties quickly reached an agreement on the equipment purchase and agreed to sign a formal contract as soon as possible to advance the cooperation process.
The procurement plan includes a complete set of equipments required for biofertilizer production, forming an advanced manufacturing system. The initial composting stage employs efficient fermentation composting turning technology. For large-scale windrow operations, a large wheel compost turner or windrow composting machine will be used. For more controlled and intensive processing, trough-type aerobic fermentation composting technology is available, utilizing a chain compost turner or a double screws compost turning machine for uniform aeration. If the production process requires precise formulation of organic blends before composting or granulation, a multiple silos single weigh static batching system can be integrated. Finally, to produce market-ready granules, the system is completed with a disc granulation production line that transforms the cured compost into uniform organic fertilizer pellets. This integrated approach ensures efficient, high-quality production for the Turkish market.
