To respond to Pakistan’s development needs for improved agricultural quality and efficiency, and the resource utilization of waste, and to address the pain points of outdated traditional organic fertilizer processing techniques, poor product quality, and low production capacity, the local client introduced our standardized organic fertilizer production equipment. On June 2, 2025, the installation, commissioning, and integration of all equipment were completed, marking the official launch of the new organic fertilizer processing project in the region.
Considering the limited space, power conditions, and raw material characteristics in Pakistan, this customized equipment emphasizes lightweight design, high adaptability, and low maintenance. The robust structure is optimized for corrosion and dust resistance, making it suitable for the dry and dusty climate and preventing long-term operation from jamming or damage. The production line is highly automated, relying on a centralized electrical control system, allowing a single person to complete the entire production process, effectively reducing the client’s labor operating costs and meeting the mass production needs of small and medium-sized processing plants. The powdered organic fertilizer produced by the equipment has a stable organic matter content, fully meeting local agricultural fertilizer standards.
Compared to traditional, outdated processing equipment, the newly installed equipment significantly improves production efficiency. It integrates material crushing, mixing, and screening, streamlining the process and effectively preventing raw material waste, finished product clumping, and uneven particle size. Our overseas service team provided full on-site support, offering a one-stop service from equipment unloading and positioning, assembly and connection, parameter debugging to hands-on training, ensuring the equipment quickly meets production standards.
The successful implementation of this project has completely solved the environmental problem of haphazard dumping of livestock waste in the area, turning agricultural waste into valuable resources. High-quality organic fertilizer is returned to the fields on-site, continuously improving soil fertility, reducing the overuse of chemical fertilizers, and helping the local area build a green and sustainable modern agricultural system, becoming a high-quality model for regional agricultural machinery upgrades.
The newly installed line now fully supports the entire organic fertilizer production process, from feedstock reception to final screening. By adopting advanced fermentation composting turning technology, the client can ensure rapid, uniform aeration and temperature control during the composting stage, significantly shortening the maturation cycle and eliminating odours. In addition, the integrated fertilizer formula processing function allows precise adjustment of nutrient ratios (e.g., N‑P‑K and organic matter content) to meet specific crop requirements, enhancing both product consistency and agronomic value. This holistic approach not only converts livestock waste into safe, high‑grade organic fertiliser but also empowers local farmers with a reliable, sustainable soil amendment — driving Pakistan’s agriculture towards higher productivity and environmental stewardship.
