There are also customers who do not raise cattle, but there are many cattle factories around, and they will specially collect cow manure to make organic fertilizer.
The equipment used in the organic fertilizer production line is: fertilizer premix machine, fermentation turning machine (or fermentation turning machine), fertilizer grinder, fertilizer granulator, screening machine, packaging machine and so on. Due to the high water content of cow manure, dryers and coolers are also needed. The production process of cow manure organic fertilizer mainly includes mixing, fermentation, crushing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening and packaging. The production capacity of a single production line equipment is appropriate to 1 ~ 10t/h, too small to achieve economic scale, too large will increase the difficulty of raw materials and finished products transportation and storage.
