This is traditionally the most commonly used method. When cow manure is used as fertilizer, the self-purification ability of the soil can be applied, and the cow manure can be directly applied to the field without any disposal. However, it is easy to pollute the environment and spread diseases and pests. Therefore, cattle manure should be disposed of before application, although the application cost is increased, but the fertilizer efficiency is also high, can effectively promote crop yield. This is also why many cattle farms have built their own organic fertilizer production lines. There are also customers who do not raise cattle, but there are many cattle factories around, and they will specially collect cow manure to make organic fertilizer.

 

The equipment used in the organic fertilizer production line is: fertilizer premix machine, fermentation turning machine (or fermentation turning machine), fertilizer grinder, fertilizer granulator, screening machine, packaging machine and so on. Due to the high water content of cow manure, dryers and coolers are also needed. Some customers in order to facilitate the storage and use of organic fertilizer will also increase the coating machine for fertilizer particles coating treatment.
The production process of cow manure organic fertilizer mainly includes mixing, fermentation, crushing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening and packaging. The production capacity of a single production line equipment is appropriate to 1 ~ 10t/h, too small to achieve economic scale, too large will increase the difficulty of raw materials and finished products transportation and storage.
