Trough-Type Fermentation System and Full Turnkey Equipment Delivered on April 1, 2026

Anshun, Guizhou — April 1, 2026 — The complete set of equipment for a powdered organic fertilizer production line has officially departed our factory and arrived at the project site in Anshun City. Following rigorous factory commissioning, this marks our company’s first powdered organic fertilizer production line delivered to the central Guizhou region in 2026. As vividly captured in our latest on-site photos, this highly integrated line—featuring our signature robust yellow-and-green structural design—is ready to transform local livestock and poultry manure into high-quality fertilizer.

Project Background: Driving Organic Fertilizer Demand through Farmland Quality Improvement

Anshun, located in the heart of central Guizhou, is a vital agricultural hub for grain, oil, and vegetables. In recent years, the city has aggressively promoted the reduction of chemical fertilizers and the substitution with organic alternatives. The 2026 crop rotation project in Zhenning Autonomous County has explicitly allocated a budget of 1.4996 million yuan for the purchase of commercial organic fertilizers to enhance farmland quality. With the Anshun Academy of Agricultural Sciences conducting long-term monitoring of this transition, establishing a localized powdered organic fertilizer production line is a pragmatic and essential move to achieve on-site resource utilization of manure.

Equipment Configuration: Robust Engineering Meets Powdered Fermentation Technology

As showcased in the accompanying photos, this production line boasts a complete, heavy-duty configuration covering the entire process from fermentation to final packaging.

Core Machinery in Action: The line includes a trough-type compost turner, a horizontal mixer (shown with its durable yellow base frame), a half-wet material crusher (equipped with a high-efficiency motor), a large-capacity drum screen, and an advanced automatic packaging machine (featuring precise control cabinets and finished bag stacking areas).

Streamlined Process: The fermentation stage utilizes a trough design where the turner travels along tracks to aerate and shift materials, reaching a turning depth of 1.2–1.5 meters.

Cost-Effective Advantage: After decomposition, materials are crushed, screened, and directly packaged. By eliminating the need for drying and granulation, overall investment and energy consumption are significantly lower than granular fertilizer lines. The equipment is specifically optimized for anti-sticking and wear resistance, perfectly tailored to handle the local mixture of cow manure, chicken manure, and straw.

Core Functions of the Trough Compost Turner

In powdered organic fertilizer production, the trough compost turner is the engine of decomposition. It performs four critical functions: oxygen supply, temperature regulation, evaporation promotion, and uniform composting.

When the pile temperature reaches 55℃–65℃, the turner systematically blends the outer uncomposted material with the hot interior material. This ensures uniform fermentation across the entire trough. During the turning process, the material fully contacts the air, moisture evaporates rapidly, and the composting cycle is shortened to just 15–20 days—far exceeding manual efficiency.

Project Significance: A Closed-Loop Transformation from Manure to Powdered Fertilizer

Once operational, this production line will mix and ferment local livestock manure with straw and other auxiliary materials, realizing a “livestock-manure-fertilizer-planting” circular economy. For Anshun, this is not only an environmental protection project for manure treatment but also a concrete practice to improve arable land quality. As seen in the final stages of our equipment photos, the powdered organic fertilizer is efficiently bagged and ready for use. With its low investment threshold and short process flow, this turnkey solution is the pragmatic choice for the industrialization of organic fertilizer in Anshun, perfectly suited for small and medium-sized start-ups.
