Working Process

The drum fertilizer dryer primarily consists of a feed and discharge head, a motor drive, a drum unit, and a roller base. The drum dryer utilizes a fluidized and sealed drying process. After wet materials enter the drum dryer, they are stirred by the evenly distributed lifting plates within the drum. This disperses the materials evenly within the dryer and allows them to fully come into contact with the hot air, accelerating drying and heat transfer. During the drying process, the materials, under the action of the inclined lifting plates and the hot air, are transported to the discharge head at the other end of the drum fertilizer dryer and discharged as finished products.

Wet granulation process: The mixed wet material is first formed in a granulator before entering a dryer for dehydration. For example, disc granulation production line and rotary drum granulation line utilize wet granulation. For fertilizer granules produced by disc granulators and rotary drum granulators, if the moisture content is relatively high and the moisture content needs to be controlled, a drum dryer is required to dry the material. The drum dryer removes excess moisture from the fertilizer granules, ensuring the quality and stability of the fertilizer.
