First, the granulator often blocks
Fault cause: 1. The deflection scraper is worn and the material is unevenly distributed; 2. The pressure roller is worn; 3. The pressure roller is stuck one by one; 4. The deflection scraper is assembled in the wrong position; 5. The moisture content of the feed is too high.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Replace the new deflection scraper; 2. Replace the new pressure roller; 3. Check the pressure roller; 4. Reassemble the deflection scraper; 5. Reduce the moisture content.
Second, the temperature rise of the spindle head is too high
Fault cause: 1. The clearance of the spindle bearing is too small.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Appropriately loosen the clamping nut.
Third, the safety pin is cut off
Fault cause: 1. Hard foreign matter enters the granulation chamber.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Remove foreign matter and replace the safety pin.
Fourth, the difference between the currents of the two motors is too large
Fault cause: 1. The V-belt of the 2 motors is not tightened; 2. The balance fine-tuning of the 2 motors is uneven; 3. The quality of the ammeter is problematic.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Tighten the belt or replace the belt; 2. Level the motor; 3. Replace or adjust the ammeter.
Fifth, the fertilizer granulator smokes
Fault cause: 1. The scraper is worn, so that a hard material layer is formed between the pressure roller and the rotor support plate; 2. The tension of the V-belt is not enough; 3. The hard material accumulates between the rear support plate of the pressure roller to form a hard material layer.
Troubleshooting method: 1. Install a new scraper; 2. Tighten the V-belt; 3. Remove the hard material and lubricate the main bearing until the grease comes out from behind the rear support plate.
